Period A: Today we began working on our fundraising
project. Ms. Lupo gave each of us jobs to do when we will be going around to
other classes in the school to sell the Christmas Cards. We then began to color
in some pictures that we will be using to make the cards. Ms. Lupo also gave us
some homework… we are to bring in the name of the deodorant that we use.
When our class with Ms. Lupo was finished we went on our
weekly trip to the YMCA. We took the Scarborough 86 bus to Kennedy station. We
then got on the LRT to go to Scarborough Town Centre. When we got to the Y we
changed into our swim wear and went swimming. We then got changed and went to
the Scarborough Town Centre Food Court to eat our lunch. After lunch we walked
to the Freshco store to buy the groceries for tomorrows lunch. We will be
having Chicken and Dumplings. When we had finished our shopping we went back to
school on the TTC.
When we got back to school we put away the groceries and
then had our daily Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
Note to Parents: Tomorrow is our Lunch Program lunch.
Students will not need to bring a lunch.
