Period A : We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We went to the
Art room to finish off our Mother’s Day project.
Period B : We used the IWB to do a series of Yoga Asana’s, today we did some sitting postures.
We then did a Body Scan Mindfulness Exercise.
Period C: We once again did a Video exercise using
Netflix. It was called The Universe is Wild and today we made choices about an
adventure where we had to rescue a dog in the Arctic.
Period D: We went outside to deliver the Bluffs Monitor
Community Newspaper. Today we did the Payzac segment of our assigned route. We
filled in the Daily Report.
