Period A: Amena, Rebeca and Nerissa went to their co-op
placement at Giant Tiger. They folded tank tops, pants and shirts and then hung
them on hangers. The rest of us began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We then did
our Current Events activity. We cut out pictures from the 24 Hour newspaper and
then we filled in the worksheet. When we were done we presented our work to the
class.
Period B: The Girlz returned from Co-op. We went to the
ME Kitchen to get the dishes and cutlery to set the table for the Maplewood
Mindfulness Community lunch. We then went to S-7 where we all helped to set the
table. We then went back to our room where we put herb seeds in jiffy pots.
Period
C We met in the ME Kitchen. Brandon and Mark went with Mr. Wilkens to collect
the dishes from S-7. We all helped out with cleaning the dishes. We filled in
the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
Period
D: We met Mr. Stolte in S-16. We worked on our wax resist watercolour painting’s.
