Period A: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We went
to the Computer lab where we worked on various educational programs. We then
came back to class where we used the Promethean Board to do some money math
activities.
Period B: Ms. Queen was away today so we had an
occasional teacher. We watched a movie as well as doing some art activities.
At lunch we went to the Computer lab.
Period C: We had our weekly Yoga session. We did some
warm up exercises and then used the Promethean Board to practice a number of
different sitting Asana’s.

D: We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation Sit.
