Weather for Today: Sunny and Cold…….

Period A: We met Mr. Sullivan in the gym. We warmed up by
playing some basketball. Since we are having an in-school a Soccer Tournament tomorrow, we practiced
our soccer skills.
Period B: We met in the ME Kitchen. We started out with
our Mindfulness Minutes. We then began doing some more food prep for tomorrow`s
Greek Feast. Fahim and Ahmed peeled and cut up the potatoes. Shakur and the
Sasitharan Boyz peeled the almonds for
the Baklava. Matthew prepped the roast vegetables for the Vegetarian Moussaka.
Emily and Rebeca cut up the sweet peppers and the eggplant for the Moussaka and
did a great job on the very difficult task of cutting up the onions.
Period C: We continued working on prep for the feast.
Period
D: We went for a Community Walk. We did not have time to fill in the
Daily Report.
