Weather for Today: Sunny and Warmish…
HIGH : 10°C LOW : 1°C P.O.P. : 10%
Period A: We met Mr. Sullivan in the gym. We played some
basketball to warm up. Then we did a 12 Minute run activity. We finished off
with a few games of Volleyball. Today we had the nets !
Period B: We met
in our classroom. We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We then went S-7 to set the
table for the Maplewood Mindfulness Community Lunch. We then went back to class
where we did our Journal activity. Today we wrote about what we had done over
the March Break.
At lunch we went to the Games Room, except for Ahmed who
went to the Weight Room.
Period C: We went to S-7 and collected the dishes from the
Maplewood Mindfulness Community Lunch. We took the dirty dishes to the ME Kitchen and did the them as well as
cleaning up the kitchen. We then went back to our classroom where we presented
our Journal’s to the class.
Period
D: We went for a Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report. We had
our Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
