(Apologies for the late posting, very busy afternoon, and
still no whiteboard ! )
Period A: We began a new project today. We will be making
fabric owls. Today we collected the different parts for the project. We also
got to dance to some You Tube videos. Shakur did an amazing dance !
Period B: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. Then we
got our lunch ready. Nerissa and Mark set the table. Shakur peeled some
potatoes. Scottie and Rebeca grated carrots for the Coleslaw. Keyur made the
limeaide. Myron and Fahim did the dishes. Ahmed cut up and portioned the jello.
Period C: We cleaned up the kitchen/classroom. Nerissa ,
Emily and Rebeca went to their co-op placement at Dollarama. We had our
dessert. We then took advantage of the beautiful Indian Summer day and went for
a walk.
Period D: We did our classroom jobs. We filled in the
daily report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
