The Weather Today was: Overcast and Warm…..

In Class Today:
Period 1: We began as usual with the rhythm warm up.
Satesh was there so he lead the exercise. We then got to play on the drum set.
Then we all got a chance to sing along to songs Mr. Jones called up on the
computer. At the end of the period we had free time.
Today we went for our weekly trip to the Scarborough Y.M.C.A.
We took the TTC to the YMCA. We walked around the indoor track . We then went
downstairs to work out on the treadmill machines. We went to the Food Court at
Scarborough Town Centre to eat our lunch. We did even more walking, this time
around the mall then took the TTC back to school. We filled in the daily report
then had a short meditation sitting.
