In Class Today:
Today we went to the Y.M.C.A. We were supposed to have
gone on Monday, but because of the snow storm and subsequent bus cancellation we
were not able to go. Hence our excursion today. We took the TTC to the Y and
when we got there we went upstairs to the indoor track and walked 14 laps, or 1
mile. We then went to the pool where we did some swimming. After our time at
the Y we went to the Food Court at Scarborough Town Centre to eat our lunch. Before
we came back to school we went to Freshco to do our grocery shopping for the
week. We bought some chicken as we will be having Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes,
mixed vegetables and Garden Salad for our Lunch Program. This week we will be
having our lunch on Friday because of the Swim Meet on Thursday.
Note to Parents: Please send a lunch tomorrow as Lunch
Program is on Friday this week.
