       Period A: We had a mindfulness meditation sitting.                       We had Circle time. We did our calendar                         activity.  We wrote in our Weekend 

          Period B: We presented our Weekend Journal to                            the class. We did the exercise program                         Go Noodle. Shamal and Yusef went to                             basketball practice. We had some                                   free time.

     Period C: We did a drama activity. We filled          in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness sitting.

 Period D: We went to Ms. Kim’s music class.
