Period A: Khina and Frances wrote the menu on the
whiteboard. They also put topping on Lemon Tarts. Aaliyah and Aaisha set up the
Staff Dining Room. Daidrean poured out some milk into containers.
Period B: We used the IWB to do a series of Yoga exercises.
We then did a Body Scan Mindfulness exercise.
Period C: As a reward foe acting so well while Mr.
Wilkens was on Jury Duty for the week we got to watch a movie. We saw the movie
Madagascar.
Period D: As some of us wore pajama’s for Pajama Day we
were unable to go for our usual Community Walk. We filled in the Daily Report.
We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
