Period B: We did an exercise session using Go Noodle. We worked on our Terry Fox Day posters.

Period B: We did a Yoga session. We did so well at Yoga Mr. Wilkens let us have free time with our new class set of IPads.

Period C: We filled in the Daily Report. We went for a community walk. We had a Body Scan Mindfulness sitting.

Period A: We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We did our calendar activity. We went to the Community Kitchen to prepare our lunch. Today we had Fried Chicken, Mashed potatoes, corn and Garden Salad.

Period B: We continued to prepare our lunch.

Period B:. We used our new I Pads to do some numeracy activities using the IXL program.

Period B: We finished or Calendars. We did an exercise video from Go Noodle. We worked on our recorder playing.

Period C: We filled in the Daily Report. We delivered the Bluffs Monitor Community paper. We had a mindfulness sitting.
