Daily Report

Period A: We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We did our daily Calendar activity. We made some get well cards for a staff member who was injured last week.

Period B: We watched a video about Mindfulness meditation. We did a Yoga exercise with the help of the Whiteboard. As we did so well with the Yoga, Mr. Wilkens made some Smoothies with us in the Community Kitchen.

 Period C: We went for a community walk. We filled in the Daily Report.  We had a Mindfulness sitting.

Period D: We went to our gym class with Mr. Persaud. Today we had another class join us. We practiced our Basketball skills and did some  drills and played some games.
