Period A: We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We went to the Community Kitchen to prepare our brunch. We had French Toast, Pancakes, Scrambled eggs, Bacon, Halal sausage and Orange Juice.

Period B: We continued to work on our food preparation.

Period C: We filled in the Daily Report. We had Mindfulness sitting.

Period D: We went to our gym class with Mr. Persaud
