Period A: Frances and Aaliyah peeled some taters as well
as writing the menu on the whiteboard. Frances and Aaisha set up a breading
station and made some Potato Croquettes. Khina set up the Staff Dining Room.
Daidrean grated a variety of cheeses.
Period B: We had our Morning Mindfulness Minutes. We went
to the CPC-ML to continue work on our Cinnamon Bun Project. While we were in
the kitchen we wrote in our Weekend Journals during down time.
Period C: We continued to work on our Cinnamon Bun
Project.
Period D: We filled in the Daily Report. We had a
Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
