Period A : We had our Mindfulness Minutes. We then prepared our lunch. Vivian and Nerushan set the table Daidrean and Amena cut up the onions. Amena and Frankie prepped the sweet peppers. Frankie also cut up the hot peppers. Brandon peeled and cut up the carrots. Matthew prepped the zucchini and mushrooms. We all worked very hard at preparing our Chinese Food feast.
Period B : We continued with the lunch prep. When we were done we had a short break and then sat down to lunch. Today we had a special guest, Esther Kim , the music teacher who is helping us with our rendition of Oh Canada.
Period C: We finished off our portfolios and began work on a new project, String Painting.
Period D: We went on a Community Walk during which we delivered the first half of our newspaper route. We filled in the Daily Report. We had a Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
