In Class Today:
Period 1: We started out with rhythm exercise led by
Cheryl. We then sang along to songs from You Tube. Then we practiced our song
for the year end assembly.
After music class we went for our weekly trip to the
Y.M.C.A. We took the TTC to the Y. We went upstairs where we walked around the
track for a mile ! We then went downstairs and worked out on the treadmill
machines. When we had finished at the Y we went to the Scarborough Town Centre
where we ate lunch at the food court. We then took the TTC back to school. When
we got back to class we filled in the daily report. We then had a short
mindfulness meditation sitting.
