Today we went on our weekly trip to the Y.M.C.A. We took
the TTC to the Y and when we got there we went upstairs to the indoor track
where we walked for 2 miles ! When we had finished walking around the track we
went downstairs where we all did 15 minutes on the treadmill. We then went to the Food Court at Scarborough
Town Centre to eat lunch. After lunch we went to Walmart where Ms. Benyarko
bought a fitness elastic. We took the TTC back to school. We did our classroom
jobs, filled in the daily report and ended our day with our daily meditation
sitting.
