In Class Today:

Period 1: We went to the computer lab where we worked on
various educational programs.
Period 2: We worked on our Current Event Activity.
First we filled in the worksheet and then we presented our findings to the
class . We also did some further investigation of the different news stories on
the Web , using the Whiteboard.
Period 3: The period was somewhat shortened today because
we had an extended lunch period so we could watch (and participate in) the
Movember Shave Off. Doug got shave off the V.P.’s mustache and
RF got shave off Mr. Stolte, our art teacher’s ‘stache. In order to have the privilege
of shaving the staff, Doug and RF both made a cash donation to the Movember
Fund. When the Shave Off was done we went back to our classroom where we did
our dental hygiene. Then we went to the art room where we worked on our paper
mache bows by cutting up colored tissue paper which we will use to finish off
our bowls.
Period 4: We did our classroom jobs. Then we filled in
the daily report. We finished off the day with a skillful sitting.
Note to Parents: As Mr. Wilkens will not be here on
Monday we will not be going to the
YMCA. We will be going on Wednesday instead.
