In Class Today:
Period 1: Ms. Vorobej was away today and we had Mr.
McGregor as a supply teacher. We did some worksheets on how to set up the sinks
and identify different equipment in the kitchen. Then we explored the kitchen
to see the different types of equipment.
When we finished Baking it was time for us to go on our
first trip to the YMCA. We took the TTC to the Y, which is located at the
Scarborough Town Centre. We got changed into our gym clothes then walked around
the walking Track upstairs. We walked almost one mile ! After we finished
walking the track we went downstairs where we worked out on the treadmills.
When we had finished at the YMCA we walked over to the Food
Court at Scarborough Town Centre where we ate our lunch. After lunch we explored
the mall for a while before getting back on the LRT to go back to school.
After we got back to school we did our Daily Report but we
did not have time for our daily sit. Too bad !
